Job Qualification Requirements:
Must have at least 1-year work experience in the position. Must be able to read, write, and the ability to grasp and make sense of information, instructions, and narratives. Must be physically capable of performing the duties of the position, including pushing, pulling, and lifting 30-90 pounds, standing for extended periods, and safely operating cleaning tools and equipment such as bush cutters, water blasters, floor buffers, vacuum cleaners, pressure washers, and other related maintenance equipment. Must be able to work varying shifts and maintain a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays. This is a temporary, full-time position. The employer will provide transportation and subsistence from the employee’s place of origin to the worksite and return transportation and subsistence at the end of employment, except when the employee does not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or when the employer has properly reported a voluntary abandonment of employment in accordance with 20 CFR 655.423(j)(1). The employer will comply with the three-fourths (¾) guarantee under 20 CFR 655.423(f), offering employment for at least ¾ of the workdays in the period beginning on the later of the employee’s first workday after arrival or the advertised contract start date, and ending on the expiration date of the USCIS work authorization or any extension thereof.

Perform heavy cleaning and general labor duties in commercial or residential facilities, including cleaning floors, walls, windows, and glass surfaces; collecting and disposing of garbage; and removing construction debris such as wood, metal, and other materials from the establishment. Maintain clean and safe work areas by sweeping, mopping, dusting, and clearing debris from sidewalks, pathways, and walkways using commercial vacuums, floor scrubbers and buffers, carpet cleaners, pressure washers, mops, and microfiber cleaning systems. Clean and disinfect restrooms, break rooms, and office areas. Ensure the establishment is cleaned, organized, and free of debris upon project completion. Empty waste containers and dispose of waste in accordance with site procedures, including recycling requirements. Perform grounds maintenance tasks such as mowing or trimming lawns and shrubbery and clearing debris from surrounding areas. Organize and store tools, materials, and equipment properly. Assist with unloading, moving, and handling materials such as furniture, cleaning products, stocking supplies, and maintenance materials using carts, dollies, and hand trucks. Support workers and tradespeople with non-technical tasks such as setting up rooms, moving furniture, replacing light bulbs, and performing minor repairs. Perform basic facility upkeep, including organizing and storing tools and equipment, replacing air filters, lubricating equipment parts, and reporting repair needs. Comply with all health and safety regulations, wear required personal protective equipment {PPE), report unsafe conditions or equipment immediately to the supervisor, and participate in safety meetings and training. Carry out additional duties as assigned by the site manager or supervisor.
